The U.S. Department of Labor announced last week that it is planning to release the final rule addressing wage and overtime pay standards in July 2016. In August, the Metro Atlanta Chamber and Matt Simpson of the law firm Fisher and Phillips held a conference call with MAC members to discuss the potential impacts of the new rule on employers.
