June 5, 2017

Led by Ken Zeff, formerly of Fulton County Schools, Learn4Life is active in eight districts representing the core of the metro area and a large share of the state’s total student population. Support of school district leaders has been the key to making L4L work, and this weekend there were two opinon pieces published in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Since 2012, business & education leaders from the Atlanta metro area, convened by the Metro Atlanta Chamber, United Way of Greater Atlanta, the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta, and the Atlanta Regional Commission, have been engaging around common goals and strategies for the 0-20 education and workforce pipeline with an eye at achieving better outcomes for our students. In 2016 this effort took hold as the non-profit entity Learn4Life, a regional education initiative that aligns strategies, agendas and activities among our school districts and businesses. Led by Ken Zeff, formerly of Fulton County Schools, Learn4Life is active in eight districts representing the core of the metro area and a large share of the state’s total student population.
