Metro Atlanta is a top tech hub. Not only are homegrown corporate giants investing in the region, but big brands across the globe are choosing ATL for innovation centers due to the access to unmatched tech talent and an abundance of resources. These companies are working together to fuel innovation, develop new technologies, share practices and spur job growth in several ways: establishing corporate innovation centers adjacent to university campuses/talent and investing in and mentoring new companies, and through initiatives like Engage Ventures, The Bridge, Boomtown/The Farm, Techstars, Switchyards, The Russell Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and more.

Over the last three years, there has been momentum in metro Atlanta’s corporate innovation scene with more and more companies making a footprint in the region. This momentum is proven throughout Midtown, where innovation meets education at Georgia Tech’s Technology Square. In addition to corporate innovation centers, metro Atlanta is also home to multiple incubators, accelerators and workspaces that support the work of startups and scale-ups around the region.
