PINK's Spring Empowerment Lunch - Use Your Voice!

At PINK’s Spring Women Empowerment Event, some of America’s most influential business leaders will weigh in on how to achieve their career goals, 100 years after women earned the right to vote. Attendees will find out how the panelists broke through barriers. The 250 attendees will be privy to success strategies and what did not work from a panel of leaders including Irma Shrivastava, US Chief Marketing Officer, Randstad; Sue Schmidlkofer, Diversity and Inclusion Director, UPS; Jennifer Hightower, Vice President of Law and Policy and General Counsel, Cox Communications; Pamela Stewart, SVP National Retail Sales, The Coca-Cola Company. The Georgia Optimism Walk for the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) will be held Saturday, May 2, 2020 at 11:00 AM at The Collective at Concourse. The Optimism Walk is a fun-filled fundraising event that offers a short non-competitive walk and an important opportunity for friends, families, and individuals living with Parkinson's to take their passion and concern and turn it into a positive experience aimed to help end the devastation of Parkinson's disease (PD). The potential of narrative theory and practice to effect meaningful personal and societal change is chief among the themes that will be covered at the 10th Narrative Matters conference, an interdisciplinary biennial event that brings together scholars and practitioners worldwide to consider the central role of narrative - or story - in our lives and our world.
