Two very helpful websites have been unveiled for Georgia.
The Georgia Partnership for Excellence in Education has created a comprehensive Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) mapping website. The tool at www.gasteammap.org allows users to see where STEAM education exists across Georgia and has many layers of information regarding potential gaps in STEAM education programs and where existing programs are.
Also, Atlanta Public Schools (APS) has unveiled APS Insights which provides a public data dashboad on APS student and school-level data.
These types of accessible tools are invaluable to employers and policy makers looking at education resources and results from across the region.
