“Our hearts go out to our fellow Georgians and those around the country who have been impacted by Hurricane Irma. Governor Deal, Mayor Reed, our first responders and each person involved in Georgia’s preparation and response should be commended.
“So many of our companies and community partners are hard at work helping our neighbors recover. Georgia Power, The Home Depot, United Way and others are stepping up in the Atlanta way, making us proud.
“While it is too early to determine economic impact, we, certainly, won’t see the impact that our neighboring states face. We will continue to monitor the degree of disruption, impact on spending and the length of time before full recovery occurs across Metro Atlanta.”
