GDOT is now preparing for the upcoming appropriation processes set to begin in early January.  Some of the items to be submitted by GDOT to lawmakers for consideration in the Amended FY2016 budget include:

  • $519 million added to Capital Projects
  • $200 million added to Routine Maintenance
  • $36 million added to LMIG

The FY2017 budget request includes:

  • $200M add to Routine Maintenance
  • $543M add to Capital Projects
  • $41M increase to LMIG
