Dwayna Haley

Chief Brand & Communications Officer

Dwayna leads the Brand Communications team as chief officer. She is purpose-driven and considers herself a servant leader. She has over 15 years of experience in public relations and marketing, and is excited to apply her passion to her team at MAC. 

Dwayna was born in Stuttgart, Arkansas and moved to Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 10. She is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in public relations and advertising and was recently inducted into the College of Media and Entertainment Wall of Fame. After college, she moved to Los Angeles determined to try her hand at “big city” PR, only to find that she is a “Southern Belle through and through.” Last year, Dwayna trademarked “AskthePRGirl,” a brand she launched to share professional and personal development tips (and encouragement).

LeKeith Taylor

Senior Vice President, Brand Marketing and Creative

In a world where technology continuously disrupts the way we live, consume and communicate, LeKeith Taylor’s career has been largely underscored by firmly understanding the intersection of business, marketing, culture and technology to navigate that disruption.  

As a multidisciplinary brand executive, LeKeith’s 16-year career has spanned the agency, corporate, start-up and entrepreneurial spaces, where he’s spearheaded award-winning creative, marketing, brand strategy and forward-thinking ideas to drive business ROI and brand value.  In his previous tenure as SVP, Brand Innovation at Porter Novelli, LeKeith played a signature role in landing key business wins for the agency (Amazon, Eli Lilly, CDC Foundation, Thermo Fisher and Johnson & Johnson), while also supporting Panasonic, Bayer, Chico’s FAS and Food Lion with brand marketing, creative and purpose strategy.

Prior to Porter Novelli, LeKeith served as Chief Marketing & Brand Officer for The Gathering Spot (TGS), a national member-based lifestyle & hospitality brand founded in Atlanta in 2016. He joined the company one month after launching and headed up the company’s marketing, branding, strategy and partnership efforts while also contributing to new revenue growth and intellectual property imprints alongside CEO Ryan Wilson. As a founding executive team member, LeKeith was integral in helping fuel TGS’ explosive growth, expansion plans and TGS’ award-winning brand positioning which netted features in Forbes, USA Today, Fast Company, Inc., Huff Post and Bloomberg Business. The company’s ascension from unknown start-up in 2016 to one of hottest start-ups in the country has garnered the support of leading voices from President Joe Biden to Fortune 100 CEOs and music & entertainment icons such as Sean Combs and Drake.

Prior to TGS, LeKeith began his career in New York City spearheading creative and marketing efforts for Nike, Levi’s, Converse, MetLife, Land Rover, American Express, Sprite and Beats by Dre. In 2020, he self-published a limited edition coffee table book titled LIFE: Living Intentionally Focused Each Day which shared 113 timeless lessons learned during his professional and personal journey. In 2019, he launched The Artful Journey – a purpose driven non-profit brand using art to purchase passports for children in underserved communities. The program aims to give black and brown kids access to the world and become global citizens. 

A self-proclaimed renaissance man, LeKeith strives to live a life of purpose, passion and intention to drive impact beyond his reach. He is an avid cyclist, traveler, photographer and resides in Atlanta with his wife, Tai and their two children, Christian and Chloe.

Amanda Bentley

Senior Manager, Channels & Analytics

Amanda is a communications professional with a passion for all things digital. She graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in communications, with a focus on public relations.

Amanda is proud to live in Atlanta and work for an organization devoted to advancing the metro area. She loves telling Atlanta’s story through digital strategy, social media and analytics.

Cameron Adcock

Senior Manager

Cameron is a communications and media relations professional with the Metro Atlanta Chamber. In his current role, Cameron creates, ideates and implements communications strategies for Chamber programs and initiatives. He directs editorial for the Metro Business thought leadership column on the Saporta Report and the MAC Newsroom. Additionally, Cameron engages with local media to ensure MAC and the metro region remain top of mind for both local and national outlets.

Cameron graduated from the University of Georgia with bachelor’s degrees in journalism and political science and studied at Paris Institute of Political Studies in Paris, France as a foreign exchange student. Cameron is fluent in French and currently lives in Westside Atlanta.

Isabella Morrow

Intern, Brand Communications

Isabella Morrow works as an intern on the Brand Communications team at the Metro Atlanta Chamber. Isabella is currently pursuing a B.F.A in advertising and branding at the Savannah College of Art and Design, with an expected graduation date of November 2021. She is actively involved in her school and community, mainly through her work as the director of the Advertising Club and her leadership at community events.

Jon D. Masters

Channels & Analytics Coordinator


Jon graduated from Georgia College & State University with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and a minor in marketing in 2020 and has previously helped multiple organizations with their digital brand and voice. In his current role at the Metro Atlanta Chamber, he handles the social media accounts for ChooseATL along with the jobs board, event calendar, website and works with other departments to help spread the word about the amazing opportunities Atlanta has to offer to young professionals in their careers and day-to-day life.

He is a metro Atlanta native, growing up in Suwanee and now residing just north of Atlanta. He is excited to use his digital marketing skills to innovate and improve how ChooseATL presents the great ATL.

Courtney M. Williams

Manager, Content and Design

Courtney is an ever-curious design professional and communication strategist hailing from metro Atlanta’s City of South Fulton. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Georgia and is a diehard Bulldogs fan. She manages content and design projects for the Brand Communications team driving increased audience engagement through data visualization and infographics.

Prior to joining MAC, Courtney wore many hats while managing projects on Delta Air Lines’ News Team, which included written, video and infographic content that drove views by national press media to the Delta News Hub. Specifically, her infographics helped to communicate the airline’s complex business topics from various departments including customer experience, finance, government affairs, sustainability and more. 

Courtney was also elected as Communications Officer for BOLD, Delta’s business resource group for black employees. There she advocated for her peers, helping their voices and needs be heard by the CEO and other top leadership in the company. She hopes to continue to work closely with diversity, equity and inclusion as she moves into her new role at MAC.

Ashley Tanks

Senior Director, PR and Programs

Ashley is an integrated marketing and strategic communications leader with deep experience in public relations, brand communications and integrated campaign planning. She leads public relations and programming for the Brand Communications team – directing marketing and communications strategy for MAC initiatives and the organization’s millennial and gen Z-targeted movement, ChooseATL.

Prior to joining MAC, Ashley worked in various marketing and communications roles for corporate and agency clients within healthcare, consumer brands, government affairs and the tv and film industry. Most recently at Edelman, she drove planning and execution of integrated marketing and social impact campaigns for multi-national consumer and health brands. She also was selected to serve as the diversity and inclusion steward for the south region, facilitating cross-cultural competency trainings, driving programming and momentum to increase representation of racially and ethnically diverse employees and fostering greater inclusion across five offices.

Ashley is an Atlanta native and proud alumna of Howard University and the University of Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, binge watching the latest pop-culture tv shows and volunteering. Ashley currently resides in the West End with her chihuahua, Princess.

Justin Clay

Administrative Assistant

Justin is a native Atlantan with versatile communications skills and industry experience across public relations, television news and social media. Here at ChooseATL and the Metro Atlanta Chamber, he works on the brand communications team supporting projects and serving as a point of reference for the Chief Brand and Communications Officer, Deisha Barnett.  

Justin is a Georgia State University alumnus with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a minor in both film and women’s gender and sexuality studies. He's proud to say that his career has allowed him to uplift LGBTQ+ initiatives, including his social media work for Atlanta Pride 2019. Additionally, you can catch Justin quoted in the Condé Nast publication, them.

Whether it’s video production, publicity, or something entirely different, Justin is the one to accept the challenge.
