Metro Atlanta's public education system is critical
to the region's long-term development as a world-class place to
live and work. The Metro Atlanta Chamber formed a Regional Education
Policy Committee representing a broad cross-section of the business
community to identify the most effective ways business can help
improve student achievement across the 10-county region. The Committee
is focused on working with superintendents and other stakeholder
organizations in the region to share good management practices and
models for leadership training and accountability.
The Metro Atlanta Chamber's
Regional Education Policy Committee is chaired by Janie Maddox, Senior Vice President of Post Properties Inc.
