Another Major Chinese Manufacturer
Coming to Atlanta, Bringing 240 Jobs
Metro Atlanta’s effort to solidify ties to China is paying off in bringing another major China-based manufacturer to the area. China-based Zhejiang Dongzheng Electrical Company’s U.S. subsidiary, General Protecht U.S., chose Barnesville, Georgia as its $30 million assembly and distribution facility for ground fault circuit interrupters (GFCI), electrical outlets, switches and other wiring devices. The company will purchase 200 acres to build its facility.
