Forward Atlanta, the Metro Atlanta Chamber of
Commerce's marketing and economic development fundraising program,
has been helping drive Atlanta to national prominence since 1925.
The future of the 28-county metro region depends on initiatives
that advocate and support quality growth and quality of life for
future generations. Forward Atlanta works to raise $23 million through
investments from the business community to support chamber initiatives.

Program Objectives (2003-2007)
- Create 200,000 net new jobs
- Attract 700 net new business operations
Expand retail sales by $7 billion
- Increase bank deposits by $5.6 billion
- Absorb 10.5 million sq. ft. of office space
and 14 million sq. ft. of industrial space
- Create 14% total increase in average annual
pay of metro Atlanta workers
- Demonstrate a measurable impact on improving
student achievement, regional mobility and environmental metrics
